- To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Offline Purchases: For purchases made at our physical store, you can return the book directly to the store within 7 days of purchase. Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping:
- For online orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For offline purchases returned to our physical store, customers are responsible for the transportation of the item.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned book and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
